Holly has been in the service industry for over ten years and has worked her way up to manager, from serving tables to helping kitchen and bar staff, Holly has great knowledge of all areas of the business and helps ensure we continue to give great service to our customers

Caitlyn is new to The Sugar loaf, she is eager to learn hard working and has great customer service skills she is an asset to the business. and will be training to be a manager of one of our other sites in no time.

John recently joined The Sugar loaf. He is creative, energetic, and a great team player, with over 30 years experience, and with wining the kitchen excellence award nine years in a row John brings the talent, experience and passion we strive for from all our staff, and will ensure we maintain our high standards.
